10tk Terms and Conditions

10tk is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, cricket betting, live casino and various gaming entertainment for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the 10tk platform.

By accessing our website, creating an account or using any of our services you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using our platform.

To play games or place bets on 10tk you must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and your own.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account.
• A valid email address and mobile number are required for registration.
• You must provide your complete and accurate full name.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same household or address is prohibited.
• After account creation you may be asked to submit documents for identity verification.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are solely responsible for any loss resulting from misuse of your login details.

You must confirm your age at the time of registration. 10tk may at any time request submission of an identity card, national ID, passport or other official documents for age verification.

If any user creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited. We are committed to protecting minors and urge parents to monitor their children's internet use.

10tk offers various types of bonuses and promotions to registered users. Each bonus has its own terms and failure to comply with them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus cannot be withdrawn until betting equal to 15 times the bonus amount has been completed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only.
• Bets placed with bonus funds will count towards the account turnover requirement.
• Certain games or betting markets may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• A specific validity period will be set for earning each bonus.
• 10tk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The 10tk VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback) and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Advancement to a higher tier is possible through regular and active gaming. The benefits of each tier apply only for as long as the user remains at that tier.

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds on 10tk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Use only a payment account registered in your own name for deposits.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same method used for the deposit.
• Funds linked to a bonus balance whose wagering requirement has not been met are not eligible for withdrawal.

6.1 Gaming Policy

• All games are conducted in a fair and impartial environment (fair play is ensured).
• If any game is cancelled due to a technical error, bets will be refunded.
• There is no way to alter game outcomes — all results are determined impartially.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting a software or system error may be voided.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has minimum and maximum betting limits which are displayed on the platform. 10tk reserves the right to change betting limits under specific circumstances.

6.3 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket tournaments. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, the rules specific to each market will apply regarding the refund of bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10tk platform and may result in account termination and legal action if violated:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to hack gaming software or manipulate the system.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Playing using robots, bots or automated software.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by exploiting technical errors.
• Behaving inappropriately towards or threatening other users.
• Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.

10tk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual financial activity.
• By order of a court or at the request of an authority.
• At the user's own request for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion).

8.1 Closing Your Account Yourself

Any user may contact our support team to request closure of their account. Any existing balance may be withdrawn after completing the verification process before the account is closed, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled.

9.1 Setting Self-Limits

In any circumstance, 10tk's maximum liability will be limited to the actual balance available in the user's account.

10tk reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
